The First 90 Days as Your Fractional CMO

Through this process, we will set 2 year goals, 90-day goals, and then 2-week sprints.

PHASE 2: ACCELERATE YOUR BUSINESS
We will deliver your comprehensive marketing strategy with Stakeholders and Leadership. Once approved, we work with the resources and capital available to execute on goals focusing on 2-week sprints.
- Lead the teams every two weeks to clarify their outcomes
- Meet weekly with entire team to discuss progress
- Host Sprint Planning and Retro call every two weeks
- Host Daily Standup Meeting to keep all team members clear on their priorities

My two decades in tourism began with the basics, working as a bellhop, and learning the ropes from the ground up. My path has led me through the multifaceted layers of tourism marketing, from internships with destination marketing organizations to leading marketing teams that shine in the hospitality industry.
